Request for P E Credits for Sports

Effective since the 2012/2013 school year, participation on an interscholastic sports team may allow you to earn Physical Education (P.E.) credits. This policy is not retroactive and the credits earned may only go towards fulfilling the graduation requirement for P.E.

You must already have earned 10 credits of P.E. at school and attendance and participate in both practices and games is required.

There is a form to fill out, available here (Request for Physical Education Credits for Interscholastic Athletics) and in the Counseling Office.  This form must be signed by your coach and the Athletic Director within 10 days of the last regular season game and then turned in to the Counseling Office to receive credit.

Please note that if you have already earned the necessary P.E. credits for graduation, you will not be eligible to earn these credits.
